For both products: Section hair in to four and massage gently in to scalp. A little goes a long way so use a few drops on each section. Keep on for one hour and then wash off with shampoo.

Use the hair treatment once every other week and hair stimulator twice a week. But that week that you are using the scalp treatment only use the hair stimulator once. So that every week you are only applying oil twice. Not more
